Do I need a consultant to start a home care agency?
No. Requirements come from your state agency, and a consultant is optional. Many founders do most of the work themselves.
How do I compare consultants fairly?
Rate each one on the same criteria with the scorecard, using only what you were told or shown in writing, and compare scores only when the coverage is the same.
What is the biggest red flag?
A promise of licensing approval, clients or revenue. No consultant controls those outcomes.
Are my entries stored?
